LOLLO

Led by Head Chef Tuan Tran, who is inspired by the depth of flavour that heat brings to a dish, the menu in Lollo features ingredients touched by flame, spice or cooked within the kitchen's show wood-fired oven. Local produce has a starring role and is further complemented by Tran's Southern Vietnamese heritage, which allows Lollo to showcase and celebrate the multi-cultural Melbourne story on a plate.
