Taking diners from day to night and beyond, a vibrant drinks list showcases the best of Victoria's coveted wineries and breweries, paired with cocktail creations that play on the unexpected. 

As Creative Culinary Director, Adam D'Sylva draws inspiration from his mixed heritage, creating a menu that is as familiar as it is unexpected and highlights Australia's unmistakable local fresh produce for this unique Melbourne resturant. 



    Based on the philosophy of brewing wild farmhouse ales, La Sirène take an approach that honours the origins of farmhouse brewing, combining age-old techniques with hyper local ingredients and working with the seasons to amplify the spirit of their range. For one night only, Wednesday 28th of July, we are joining forces to create a unique Lollo menu of six dishes paired with six La Sirène farmhouse ales. Book tickets via the link in our profile.
